Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange (with no additional shipping charge) or refund the product purchase price within 60 days of placing the order. To return or exchange an item, please call 1-800-934-9686 for a return authorization number to be written on the invoice. Please state the reason for your return or exchange. Send all returns or exchanges in new and unused condition to address above.
Please return merchandise by FedEx Ground, UPS or insured first class mail. We are not responsible for uninsured or lost items. The purchase price of the returned item will be credited to your card or PayPal account when we receive the item. We'll ship the new item when we receive the original. It takes the bank up to 5 days to process a credit card or PayPal return.
