Car Stuff Ordering and Shipping Information
Helpful hints for placing an order with Car Stuff. We work to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.
By phone toll free 1-800-934-9686. Normal business hours are from 9 am - 5:30 pm Eastern time Monday - Friday. If we miss your call, please leave a message with a good time to return your call. We will return your call as soon as we can, usually the same day.
Online. You can order with confidence at Car Stuff. Online orders are placed through the secure server administered by Yahoo! stores. Please call us at 1-800-934-9686 (9am - 5:30 pm eastern time) for orders from Canada. We have a special process for Canadian orders.
Sales are limited to the US; this includes items ordered for re-sale outside of the US. We cannot process credit cards or accept money orders and checks issued from a bank outside of the United States.

Please be sure to enter the correct billing address or your order will be delayed while processing your credit card. This is done to verify credit card information.
Sales tax, based on county, is added to all orders billed to and/or shipped to Ohio. Sales tax rates range between 6.25 and 8.75%. By state law, this includes merchandise plus shipping fees.
Order Processing: We usually ship within 3 business days from the receipt of your order. We don't ship until we verify your credit card, PayPal account, or check. You will be notified of any back orders or shipping delays; we will not cash your check or process your credit card or PayPal account until the product is available. Please make sure to enter the correct billing address to avoid delays.
We'll email your delivery confirmation number and expected delivery date when your package is sent.
Please remember that it takes time to process your order; we can't always ship on the same day we receive your order.

We're pleased to announce new shipping rates, with NO SHIPPING CHARGES on orders over $40.00.

We keep shipping costs to a minimum, based on what we're charged by the Post Office. Priority Mail usually arrives in 2-3 days, but this isn't guaranteed. Delivery confirmation helps keep track of your order. Priority Mail is the most cost effective way to ship small orders.
Easy Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange (with no additional shipping charge) or refund the product purchase price within 60 days of placing the order. To return or exchange an unworn item, please call 1-800-934-9686 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Please state the reason for your return or exchange. Send all returns or exchanges in new and unused condition to address above. Let us know if you'd like to exchange an item; we'll have it ready for you upon receipt of the original order.
Please return merchandise by FedEx Ground, UPS or insured first class mail. We are not responsible for uninsured or lost items. The purchase price of the returned item will be credited to your card when we receive the item. We'll ship the new item when we receive the original. It takes the bank up to 5 days to process a credit card or PayPal return.
